Technological innovation, market evolution, internationalisation and social development are the major factors of change that enterprises have to face to remain competitive in an extremely complex and diverse scenario. One crucial factor in determining success is an enterprise’s human capital, which must therefore be properly trained and upskilled.

It is to respond to this need that for many years now the Enterprise Promotion Service Centre has been planning and organising advanced technical refresher courses for professionals, and  ongoing training for enterprises and their staff.

Accredited as a Training Agency by the Sardinian Regional Authority, the Service Centre organises sector courses covering various areas of business management, with particular reference to the following:

> quality, environment, safety
> internationalisation
> enterprise creation
> agro-alimentary produce, tourism, artisan production.

The courses offered cover a wide range of different needs. As well as the standard courses provided, the Centre plans training courses geared to the specific needs emerging in private businesses and public entities.

To increase awareness of market developments, the Training Department also organises refresher seminars on current topics of particular relevance to the economic situation of the time.
